What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 2:00pm, while check-out is before 10:00am. Our reception is open 24-hours for late arrivals.
Can we have an early check-in or late check-out?
Early checkins or late checkouts can be organised but this is based on availability and we do have an extra charge for each of these requests. Please check with Reception for the current prices.
What items are required on check-in?
Valid government issued photo identification and a credit card are required for check-in. The reservation, photo identification and credit card must be under the same name.
Can we request a specific room?
We endeavour to fulfil all guest requests, however, cannot guarantee availability of specific rooms.
Can we reserve the shuttle?
We do not take reservations for our airport shuttle. For more information on our shuttle service, click here.
Is parking available?
We are delighted to offer complimentary parking space to all our guests. Please note, parking bays are not allocated and are subject to availability. Please ensure your vehicle is securely locked at all times - we do not take responsibility for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
Do the rooms have a balcony?
Our upstairs Superior and Studio rooms have small balconies.
Do you supply cots?
Cots are available upon request, for an additional cost.
Can we have a fold out bed in our room?
We do not provide additional beds in any of our rooms.
Can we bring our pets?
We do not allow pets on our property.
Is there a security deposit or bond?
There is a $200.00 security deposit required upon check-in.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included in any of our room rates.
